Why me?

Being a leader is one of the most important things you could do in your life. But it’s also the hardest.

You’re expected to motivate your team, but it feels like there is dysfunction. At times, they aren’t collaborating. They’re not on the same page with each other or with you.

You feel frustrated because your peers and boss want more of your time, yet the team you lead needs attentive nurturing and focus.

While I enjoyed my C-level roles, I faced the same challenges.

There were few resources I could turn to. Most options were academics or consultants, who hadn’t walked a mile in my shoes. They provided impractical advice, and I needed more.

This is exactly WHY I do what I do. I help teams work better together as their coach and guide.

My focus is getting them unstuck and helping them implement tools and tactics to accelerate productivity and performance. 

Most importantly, I use an approach that creates leadership capacity for you and builds know-how and confidence for them.
